The art of nutrition is probably the most important pillar in the health process. Due to generational upbringing, certain cultures do not have the knowledge of the things that we have supplemented our bodies with throughout the ages. So understanding the nutritional value of what we put into our bodies is omnipotent.
A lot of times we don't relate physical activity with mental wellness. But studies show how the flow of blood and oxygen directly correlate with the brains rhythmic activity. Just as well as what you feed the body, just doesn't power the body but powers the brain directly.
I am a strong believer in a body that is in motion, accompanies a mind that is in motion. Exercise and physical activity are once again subjects that may not be as advertised in some cultures and classes as others. So I really believe in shining the light of awareness on these subjects. As one of my favorite monikers is "No GYM No Problem!"
